On June 18th, the unveiling and opening ceremony of the "One-Stop" Staff Legal Service Center of Taopu Town, Putuo District, was held, with Shunho invited to attend. The launch of the center marks a solid step forward for Taopu Town in building harmonious labor relations and promoting the diversified resolution of labor and personnel disputes.
Located at No. 510 Baili Road, the Taopu Town One-Stop Staff Legal Service Center features clear internal functional zoning, including lawyer consultation rooms, mediation rooms, a joint office, and psychological counseling rooms. It is also equipped with "cloud live broadcast" and "cloud mediation" zones, making full use of digital means to provide convenient and efficient legal services for staff.
At the opening ceremony, relevant leaders delivered speeches, emphasizing the importance of building harmonious labor relations and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of staff. Subsequently, a video provided a detailed introduction to the center's functional layout, service content, and operation mode. The center deeply integrates judicial functions such as labor and personnel dispute arbitration and circuit trials, establishing a "six-in-one" full-chain service model encompassing "negotiation, mediation, arbitration, litigation, assistance, and enforcement."
A signing ceremony was also held on site, where the Taopu Town Federation of Trade Unions and seven-party linkage departments jointly signed a cooperation agreement, aiming to join hands in building a comprehensive service platform and effectively integrating the resource advantages of all parties. The subsequent unveiling ceremony pushed the event to a climax, with leaders jointly unveiling the plaque for the Taopu Town One-Stop Staff Legal Service Center.
At the end of the event, the organizers carefully prepared legal gift packs and presented them to frontline employees in Taopu. These packs are rich in content, including practical materials such as labor law manuals and legal aid guides, aiming to enhance frontline employees' legal awareness and help them better safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.
